You may already know that breathing, pausing, or changing your thoughts can help. The problem is that when your nervous system is activated, access to those choices narrows. Your body can react before your best intentions catch up.
This workshop closes the gap between knowing the tools and being able to use them when it matters. You will not spend four hours simply listening. You will practice each tool, map one recurring stress pattern, and leave with a written reset plan you can use in the middle of real life.
Recognize the patterns that pull you into reaction and notice the early body signals that tell you stress is building.
Use three regulation tools that take approximately one to three minutes and can fit into a real workday, family moment, or difficult conversation.
Map one recurring pattern from the trigger through the body signal, thought, language, and reaction.
Separate what is observable fact from the thought or assumption your mind added.
Replace pressure-filled language with words that are calmer, more accurate, and more supportive.
Follow your own written Reset Plan when the next difficult moment arrives.
A four-hour interactive SheCamps workshop
Your own copy of Finding Calm Within the Chaos, a guided SheCamps journal to continue the practices after the workshop ($20 value).
A participant workbook to use throughout the workshop
Guided practice with three quick reset tools you can use when life gets hard
Your personal 1–3 minute Reset Plan, created around the tools that work best for you

You’ll practice three SheCamps principles that help you create more space between what happens and how you respond.
Your Nervous System Leads the Way instead of Regulate.
Notice how repeated words can increase pressure, then choose language that supports a steadier response.
Question a thought before treating it as a fact, command, or prediction.
This workshop may be for you if:
You are capable and responsible, but stress can still pull you into racing thoughts, irritation, shutting down, or saying something you wish you had handled differently.
You replay conversations and know there must be a better way to respond in the moment.
You want tools that take minutes, not another routine that adds pressure to your life.
You are ready to practice, not simply collect more information.
You do not need previous experience with nervous system work, meditation, or journaling. Every practice will be explained, and you will always be invited to participate at your own comfort level.
This isn’t four hours of sitting and listening. You’ll practice the tools, apply them to your own real-life patterns, and leave knowing which ones actually work for you.
Jennifer O’Robinson is the founder of SheCamps, a nature-based personal development company created to help women find more calm, clarity, and choice in the middle of real life.
Before creating SheCamps, Jennifer spent 18 years in high-pressure corporate environments, leading complex programs, training teams, mentoring others, and navigating the kind of constant change, competing demands, and uncertainty that can keep the body and mind in a near-constant state of reaction.
Her work is also deeply personal. Through her own seasons of stress, major life transitions, caregiving, and overwhelm, Jennifer discovered that nature became one of the places where she could quiet the noise, create space, and reconnect with what she was actually feeling and needing.
That experience became the foundation for SheCamps.
Today, Jennifer teaches quick and easy tools so women can calm their nervous system when life gets hard. Her approach combines simple nervous system regulation practices, reflection, nature, language shifts, and practical tools that can be used in everyday moments, without adding another complicated wellness routine to an already full life.
She is also the author of several guided journals, including Finding Calm Within the Chaos, which each participant will receive as part of this workshop to continue the practice beyond the room.
Jennifer’s goal for every SheCamps workshop is simple: that each woman leaves recognizing at least one pattern that has been driving her reactions and with at least one tool she has practiced enough to remember when the next hard moment comes.
